Philippine Embassy Outreach Extends
252 Consular Services in Hafr Al Batin

(Riyadh, 19 March 2017) – The Philippine Embassy in Riyadh successfully held its 4th consular outreach mission or “Embassy on Wheels” (EOW) in 2017 at the Ramada Hotel in Hafr Al Batin on 17-18 March 2017.

The Embassy Consular Team was composed of Consul Mary Jennifer D. Dingal, (Team Leader), Mr. Abdurraheym S.Y. Macud, Mr. Edison Y. Ipac, Ms. Maria Cristina R. Salvacion, Ms. Margarita P. Manigo, Mr. Ramil E. Arana.

The Team was able to process 206 e-Passport applications, 8 Extension of Passport Validity, 2 Report of Birth, 23 Notarial Services. The Team was also able to release 13 new e-Passports.

As part of the Embassy’s program to improve customer service, the Team conducted a client feedback survey to 200 clients, of which 129 or 64.5% responded as follows:

The next consular outreach mission will be on 24-25 March 2017 in Golden Tulip Hotel, Hail.
