DFA: No Consular Services on Nov. 30

MANILA – The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) reminded the public that there will be no consular services on Monday, November 30, 2015, in observance of Bonifacio Day.

“In compliance with Proclamation No. 831, s. 2014, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) would like to advise the public that there will be no consular services (e.g., passport, authentication/”red ribbon,” consular civil registration and other related services) in DFA-OCA-Aseana and in all DFA-OCA Field Offices (all DFA Satellite Offices in Metro Manila and all DFA Regional Consular Offices) on November 30 (Monday) in observance of Bonifacio Day, a regular holiday,” the DFA said in a statement.

The DFA is urging those with passport-related queries to send their e-mails topassportconcerns@dfa.gov.ph, while those with Authentication (a.k.a., “red ribbon”) queries may send their e-mails to authentication.verification@dfa.gov.ph.

Those with queries related to Reports of Births, Marriages, and Deaths may send their e-mails to records-director@oca.dfa.gov.ph.
