KSA Warns Against Fundraising Without Permit

RIYADH: Fundraising without obtaining permit from the competent authorities is a violation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s regulations, including a regulation of combating terrorism and financing it, the country’s Interior Ministry has said.

Any person and entity ( institutions and companies ) are subjected to interrogation in case of fundraising without permit, Saudi Press Agency quoted an official as saying.

The Ministry of Interior has warned citizens and expatriates of dealing these campaigns, calling upon them to offer donations to King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Aid and the Saudi National Campaign to Support Brothers in Syria or the national charities authorized by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Endowments and the Ministry of Labor and National Development.
