The OEC is free, but still not available in the app
Several statements were issued by the Department of Migrant Workers today, and published on the Migrant Workers Facebook page Office in Hong Kong.

The DMV has urged the public to avoid the “fixers” or those who offer help to use mobile app and register their OFW Pass.
“It’s not allowed,” according to the DMW.
The system seems to be able to detect if there is a fake document to be submitted and if there is a fixer to fix an OFW’s account.
“Your registration and cattle can be canceled” your account will be blocked” when this happens, the DMW add-warning.
